Nuvé

Nuvé is a gentle, organic baby-care brand designed for modern parents who value softness, trust, and mindful living.

I developed the packaging design for a natural baby soap, focusing on the “beige mom” demographic; parents drawn to calm, design-driven products that fit seamlessly into their homes. The goal was to create packaging that communicates purity and care through simplicity, warmth, and material honesty.

The Nuvé logo was designed as an organic, abstract shape that communicates both care and nature. Its soft curves suggest a mother cradling her baby, symbolizing comfort, protection, and warmth. The lower part of the shape can also be seen as gently layered leaves, referencing the brand’s plant-based focus, or as a second pair of hands supporting the form. This dual imagery reinforces Nuvé’s message of gentle, natural care. 

The color palette mixes soft purples, turquoise, light greens, oranges, and yellows. These shades were inspired by the playful and unexpected color combinations popular in the 70s. I wanted to capture that same sense of fun and nostalgia but in a way that feels brighter and more contemporary. The mix creates a cheerful, easygoing energy that reflects MORNA’s retro spirit without looking old-fashioned.
